Yes, that is were I would start, and it is 10 pf ( pico farad`s ) or as us old timers sometimes call them 10 Puffs (LOL)
.00001 micro farads = 10 pico farads
It will be a little ceramic disc capacitor, not an electrolytic.
I do not know if Rad Shack carries them any more or not.
The 22 mfd is used for the timing of the SSB delay.
