Anyone own one?

I used to be a member of another forum but was banned for questioning AMPOWER, was I mistaken? They really worship him there.

Please tell me everything about these amplifiers.

I can tell you're devistated with your banning there so I won't dwell on the reason but will say that we purchased an AMPOWER amp for bob85 and he's beside himself and overjoyed at the performance at 10 meters and blown away over the shear power that 2/2sc2879 transistors produce only in an AMPOWER amplifier.

Thanks Mack I was wondfering how I was going to answer this gentlemans question but you summed it up in a nut shell. Where else would one find an amp such as this quality CB amplifier with all of its magical parts and inner workings.

I was OOHHH so tempted a few years back to purchase one of those amplifiers although it was the same price for an AM POWER 2 pill as it was a 5 pill of another brand I thought it would go beautifully with one of my Galaxy 2527 base radios infact the radio in particular Adam (AM POWER ) was going to work his magic and do his 60 yes 60 watt output midification and that is simply a magical perfection to get 60 watts from a pair of 20 watt final transistors and a onboard power supply worthy of holding up to 40 watts for a short time before it would die.

I bet that radio and amp sure would have been sweet together I couldnt afford it so I had to down grade and convert one of my HF rigs for 11 meters and had to change my amplifier decission and go with the Ameritrons and the Yaesu 2100B it hurts but we cant all have the best on the block I guess my AB biased Texas star 1600 400 and 500's will have to do until I can be conned into a magical 600 watt 2 transistor deluxe magical power monger king of the neighborhood amplifier .

Im gonna go hang my head in shame now peace everyone .

Can someone post the last video of Adams interview for this gentleman? You know the one wheres hes in the park at the keydown this past year wherever it was its always nice to put a name with a face and get the inside scoop and true colors of knowledge one has to offer
