Rf exposure is different or more critical on certain bands the exposure limits have to be caculated although I wouldnt want any antenna running that much power anywhere close to my melon regurdless what frequency or band its operating on.

If i wanted to build a backpack rig from scratch, i think i would start with a search at.

Zena mobile welding and find the backpack.

on hf i dont see why it would be that big of a problem at lower frequencys
