My A99 works better than my Imax.
I may get it up to compare to my Gain Master and then I'll have more to say no mater how that turns out.
i thought i was the only one that has a A99 that works better then an Imax. whats up with that Marconi i know you must have an explination with all the antenna testing you do. mine are 20' apart both have the feed point at the same height 38' both have 96' of belden 213 coax. i don't live in a valley i'm in a flat area so angle of radiation out of a hole don't count here. but in all directions ground wave the A99 out shots the Imax. also swr's on both on testing frequency 1.1 on ch. 35 testing on AM
& 1.1 on ch.51 testing on Lsb. i thought maybe i had a faulty Imax. i think i'm gonna try the Gain Master i never run more then 300 watts and thats rare i talk 99.5% ssb
so 300 watts is more then what i need to talk world wide.
doin it with class thru the glass.nuthin like the sweet smell & warm glow of the tubes it's like havin a new lady every day.
