Can't go wrong with an Astron 35 amp like the hams choose. Over the net at any ham supply like Ham Radio Outlet or Amateur Electronic Supply or Gigaparts ect...

18 19 amps tops, they have a 20amp link inside them if its a modern 225. ive found that running on medium with a low drive will be the best for those amps. generally high only distorts it. keep in mind you need to double the ouput power to see a 1/2 s unit gain on the other end. low is more than you will need in most cases. if you need more power a better antenna is a better idea.

more than likey it will draw around 15-16amp on high. pick a power suppply that will handle that constant. most power supply only handle peak at what there listed and it may be only a milisecond they can do it. nothing smaller than a quality 26 amp supply. the cheaper the supply the larger it needs to be.

the astron 35 would be rock solid for you. good power supplys that seem to be more relailbe than the pyramids in my experence. it will give you a little room to grow in the future.
