in all seriousness its more than likely from a vhf radio. ef johnson stoped making cb
's years ago but continued to make vhf business radio (even now they still make them). when searching it shows up as a dtmf microphone. looks like it was sold seperatly. commonly sold for use with the 6040, 6050, 6060 radios. the 6050 was vhf crystal controlled, 6060 was uhf
. im sure you could wire it for a cb
but it would be a ptt, direct entry wouldn't be possible without some serious tinkering. many of the johnson mobile cb
's has a non removable microphone. most were soldered directly to the main board.
