I just was given this 2510, the recieve works great, but there is no key up NOTTA nothing when mic keyed, also nothing when jumping pins 2 & 3 which I found out was the Xmit. or 1& 2 or 1 & 3. not even a tx light nothing.. any Ideas?

Lotsa times it is the Key Up Transistor that fails in radios. One of the little small 3 legged black moon shaped things. Don't ask me which one it is in a 2510. Someone else here will know.

I sure would like to know what one that is. Hope it is something simple like that, but when I key up it don't even close the recieve, it still recieves when I key up ot cross the mic pins... I know what pins 4 & 5 Does! channels..

Done that, same thing still recieves when pushed..and no tx

have you tried all modes? AM? FM? LSB? USB?
