Default Idiots out tonight in full force

Testing a new model by Ranger which will probably come out in January. On Channel 19 we have some clown transmitting a loop of a Tarzan yell. On 17 some guy is continuously transmitting different bird calls. Another moron is calling him a queer and a n#gger. On 15 someone is broadcasting Spanish music and another guy is yelling "English only channel." What a waste of the service.

You just send over the Ranger for me to test then. That way you don't have to listen to all the garbage

You could always use a spec analyzer and or a dummy load and I bet you'll not get any of that hash.

Definitely right about that, but I wanted to test it in actual conditions. Used to do quality control work in the factory at one time and learned early that what works in the lab doesn't always work in the field.

Exactly what AMPOWER says, well more or less and there would be some Captain Morgan's having been consumed before his quote.

Hee hee. That reminded me of when I was a teenager I worked in a factory that made electric house-ware products. I was on a line that when they didn't pass inspection they were placed on my table to drill out the rivets in the handles and disassemble them to run through the line again. Many times my table would be over stacked and I was behind. But I found that if I touched the heating coils together and sent them through the UL tester would touch the probes to both sides of the element and it would throw a breaker on the other side of the factory thus shutting down the line. This gave me ample time to catch up ! What was happening in the lab was being affected by what was secretly going on in the field
