Yes but the drug company ads that I can think of are well known to be advertisements. In this case, there was no disclaimer given that Bulldog had received the items for free in exchange for a review.

Oh and I would like to issue a formal "LOL" at any business needing to pay a lawyer to tell them it's ok to ban someone from their own forum. This is a business tactic I didn't learn in college.

Ever been to the Copper Electronics forum? The moderators go over the posts and decide whether to allow them in or not. Make a negative post about the RM KLV junk amps and banned you will be.

But we all knew that about the Copper forum, this is breaking information about Sparky's.

SEVERAL posts have been deleted there in the last 48 hours. It appears to me that someone is scared of facing his critics.

Tis much easier to hide behind a ban/delete button than to prove the naysayers wrong. Those that chose the latter tend to be far more successful.

Sparky seems upset
