DAVE MADE M400 MOBILE LINEAR AMPLIFIER 1-2290 X 4-2879 BY DAVEMADE

I have a used DaveMade 1 2290 driving 4 2879's for sale. This DaveMade was has been used for a moble box. It is untouched inside and never been abused. I ran this amp as a moble hitting it with a 17 year Cobra GTL 148 that swings 15 watts and @ 13.8 volts with a 200 watt deadkey coimg out of box(which was recommened by my tech) it swings to 650watts .This amp is capable of producing more watts with the right equipment and proper volts. I added the Cobra decal to the top. This Davemade operates as it should and will not be DOA. As all electronics someone inexperienced might hook it up wrong and fry it up. So there is no warranty. All sales are final. I only ship in the Cont USA. Please look at the pics carefully and also check out this site that sells them new for 389.99 plus shipping which would total around 400 dollars. I am selling this one for $300.00 including shipping

when you say "BY DAVEMADE" do you its an old amp actually made by dave ? some guy named joe has been making "dave made" amps for years . i hear joe does a few things differently.........

I did not buy this one from the site. How did you know the ones on the site are Joe made? Did you google it, did you call them? Can you tell by the case, decals. Tell me I want to know. you started this, now we all want you to tell me if my amp is a JoeMade or Davemade. I Know what make mine is and if you know the ones on the website are JoeMades you should know what make mine is.

Why does it matter if it is a dave made, george made, tyrone made, or made by anybody made?

I am willing to bet that the Palomar amps we see for sale are not made by Palomar Company? What about the Cobra amps? are they Made by Cobra Electronics? They have the Cobra snake logo on them, just like the amp in the thread, I am SURE COBRA ELECTRONICS would endorse it????

That is where the problem lies, these devices are actually illegal and to claim ownership of a particular design is ludicrous.

That is like saying a bag of cocaine is Joe Made cocaine, so no-one else can use the Joe Made Cocaine name or you will be sued. I am sure every law enforcement agent would love to be at the court that day though. :bdh:

So arguing if an illegal amplifier is a genuine design item is silly

Yes but I still want to know if it's the real joemade cocaine or just another knock off and my previous statement about the nj davemade boxes not being made for years now was the truth and was not meant to add to or detract from crackheads sale but to teach about the history of the true davemade.

I own a carolina davemade which I knew before I purchased it and if I sold it I would state that in the sale and not try to evade the issue when asked about it.

it is a joe made ,it has caps in it .
a original dave made wont have the caps ,and the fan would be smaller and more towards the front.
i,ll have to get a pic of my kids dave .i scored it for him .
no caps in it ,smaller fan opening and the fan is towards the front of case more ,not in the middle .i believe its an original davemade.
i have seen tons of joe mades and this one here is a joe made .
nothing wrong with a joe made thats for sure.
