Anyone else notice more ops using split on 17 meters.

I have had three dudes this past week try to run me off. I know darn well I was there before they were.

I guess 20 is to crowded anymore.

I have had three dudes this past week try to run me off.

when ops try that on me,.............. i tell them they need to LISTEN WHERE they transmit and to stop interfering with my simplex operation.

if they want to listen on MY simplex freq, then I guess they are gonna hear ME:D

Dunno what antenna you are using on 17m, but mine antenna have 27dB F/B , side is more than that.
You can hear station does not mean he can hear you.

they HEAR me quite well,.............. thats why they complain and try to tell me I'm on their RX freq^^ ab v c^^^^ ab v c^^^^ ab v c^^
