Default where to find an assortment of high voltage electroloyic caps for cheap?

where should I look to find an assortment of high voltage electroloyic caps.
Shipping gets really expensive if I order caps as needed, and it really bites when I find out I missed one.
Are old boat anchors expensive to bring back into operation?
Would a motor start or run cap be adequate for a radio, or the caps out an old copier? What else might high voltage caps be used for today or are they pretty much just manufactured to restore old radios?

What's your definition of "high voltage"? Try RF Parts, All Electronics ... or Google.

T-Dog,

No ... Start/run caps aren't electrolytics.

I like the capacitor kits from Antique Radio Schematics and Capacitors for Tube Radios The shipping is quick and I believe free when you purchase a kit as opposed to selecting individual items.

Would still like to know what you mean by "high voltage"...200V? 500V? 2KV?
