my bird meter started acting up a week ago and i need a little help. it reads very little output on the base. i have tried different elements, antennas, and jumpers. even though i may be doing 15 watts with radio it will only show me 2 watts. my dosy shows normal output. also it works fine in the mobile. i have cleaned the connector that contacts the element but that did nothing. any help would be appreciated. im not convinced that this is a meter problem completely.
