Who makes the best SWR/MOD/PWR meter? I have some different ones and not really happy with any. They don't last, get out of adjustment, ect, ect. So what do you use? Are they reliable. Something for the bench, and/or for installs. Trying to keep this reasonable as well.

its gonna depend on your price range . the best of anything is typically very expensive and is usually overkill for %99 of folks .
i use a astatic 700 . some will say its a nice decent meter , some will say its a POS .
i say it was in my budget and does what i need it to do accurately enough for my needs .

the palstar 2000 is probally the least expensive more-or-less universally accepted by everyone decent meter . but it doesnt do modulation .

I use this, well not all the time but for installs it's never failed me and is right inline with my more expensive meters.
You will find it in many ham shacks and no matter what anyone tells you it is a great little meter and I have put a full kilowatt through it and it's within 5 watts of my 43p bird corp. meter.

I agree, for a basic power/SWR meter it is pretty good. I keep one in a case with a bunch of other stuff for use when camping etc. I can vouch for it handling 800-900 watts easily enough.
