Looking to purchase a new SSB rig & have it aligned & tuned at the same time. I've read quite a few favorable reviews about Bells, but all seem to be older...... My question: Is Bells good to go for a "tune-up" or is there other one stop shopping outfits I should be looking at? & if so whom?

Ok, this is what I got going on. I have an 04 Tacoma with a Grant LT, and my SWR is right about 1.2 on all channels with a 5' firestick mounted on a bedbar. I have the radio running strait to the battery, truck off — all is fine, start it up and I have a low static/popping noise coming through...

Its a little Toyota Tacoma, I am going to mount it on the center console. I have seen the Rat Shack ones, are they that good? What about the Uniden Bearcats?

Width and height, the speaker i have now is about 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 is this is too large. I guess i would need a 4"x4" or smaller. Any Ideas?

Well I just got my 27" 10K and I am impressed, I also got the stud for it and I have a couple mounting questions. First off, the stud that kale makes-does it come with a nut to tighten, mine did not come with anything? Second, Is there a nut or lockwasher I should use? And third, I am looking...

Getting ready to install my Grant lt and had a wiring question. What gauge wire are you all running for power? I plan on installing a fuseable link in so it will go directly from the radio to the battery, just don't know what kind of power wire to run.

If I have the radio modified and tuned up, do I even want a power mic, or would i be better served with a noise canceling mic? I want to be load but most importantly I want to be clean. I found a 575 online for like $40, just want to know if this would be good with a tuned LT? Thanks
