I'm curious about it myself.... on the website they show a photo with 14" of snow on it and no change in performance... I sent an inquiry in for some further info; No cost info on there though.... would like to talk with someone who may have used one??

I have been running one for about 10 months now with no problems. The newer models supposedly have been corrected; one way to tell is you should hear the internal fan come on each time you key up on the later models... I haven't added the external fan to it.

I would agree on the 2510.... In light of that, check out the Magnum S9... I have the S980 and is is QUIET!!
