    i agree with bootymonster, the 29 is a great radio when properly setup, i run one in my semi with a gator stick 8 coil on 10 inch shaft, i am also firing a small 2 pill and a 10 pill when i want to run DX or OWN CH19

    i had one of those radios when i was a kid my dad was a radio tech and now i am a parttime radio tech and truck driver it has a PLL-02A chip so its modifable, mine had extra channels as did all of our radios at the time... use to work really well, had about 2 - 3 mile range on the included...

    Did u Double Check that u changed all Resistors and Caps to the proper values if i remember correctly there is something about C62 in that mod... Double Check it and make sure everything is working sounds to me like u might have missed some little detail i have only done 2 of these myself and...
