Here is the problem, Galaxy recieves but no tx no reading on my meter. Think its the trasistor but want to be sure? any info Thanks.

No one? update i hooked dummy load to radio and keyed up with 2nd cb next to galaxy and it shows carrier and audio on 2nd radio, but nothing on galaxy meter.

I'm not sure I understand your second post, but for no TX, check the mic first, then check the final transistor, then the driver transistor, and keep working your way back.
