I am 90% sure that Anthony L Ray is a CB enthusiast.
I think the majority of the skullcracka and other lore is Urban Legend.
The other scuttlebutt regarding Anthony L Ray having a technician class license N6IWP is demonstrably false. Wrong city, wrong state and likely wrong skin tone.
