In short:
1. Carefully bridge OP1 with solder
2. Touch up W11 for Modulation
3. 12 VDC input, With external Power Pot fully CCW, Mode AM, output of radio through power meter and into dummy load: Key mic and Adjust W4 until external power meter reads 1 watt.

Note: This radio is the functional equivalent of the Dynascan 10M
