I posted some time ago about getting awards only because there was no one else in the same category or overlay or whatever it's called. I kind of looked down on being proud of an award like that. Hahaha until I got one. Whatever this certificate means.

    Way to go!

    It's like taking 1st place in a 1 man race. :D

I had a few recent contacts into Indonesia during gray line on 40 meters, but can't seem to get a bit further out your way.

Hopefully soon the bands will improve and stretch out and we'll all make some nice contacts with you.

Something cool to hang on your shack wall. ;) Most importantly, you're on the air having fun.

40 meters into whiskey land for me is really hard unless the I'm talking to a station with a big a** antenna. I just have a doublet around 60 feet high.

Hey that antenna will work, we just need better propagation.

Those Indonesian contacts I done were on a mobile HF antenna on 40 meters.

Nah that ain't right. We only distill bourbon 'round here. Them folks in Tennessee brew some good whiskey.
Actually all kidding aside, Bourbon must contain a minimum of 51 % corn.
