Returned the old labrat Cobra 148GTL (china) back to stock and hooked up an AB modded RM KL-300P.....*nice*......*nice!*

Just got curious!

Now Cobra 148GTL+KL-300P+K40=(y)
 
I picked up the 203P (preamp model) for 49.99 at H and Y. Helluva little amp for the money, and you don't have to hack your radio to hook it up. RM Italy says this is a class AB amp, too.

Well you know, if you're a truck driver that can't run an amp in the company truck when you should be buying a better antenna, and buy into things such as swing kits and echo boards in order to get out another 3 miles, then yeah this mod might be for you. Just don't expect much of a return when it comes time to sell.
