Default TURNER PLUS 3

I have a turner plus 3...JOHNSON on outside ..anyone work on these it keys but no modulation it keys ok, yes a few batteries tried...

I have a Turner CS-1 that has done that but it always turned out to be in the connector . A loose wire.

I wass also going to say just open the plug and resolder all the connections. I bet it works After you do this.
