Default Ordered New Supply

My old 20a Pyramid supply went kaput this morning so I spent the day researching for a new one. I ordered this one-

Jetstream JTPS28
28 amp Max, 25 amp Continuous Power Supply

Out of 22 reviews on Eham it came out with a perfect "5" out of 5 rating .
http://www.eham.net/reviews/detail/5204?page=1

Can't wait to get it. I use it mostly for my Ft-757gx . I'll be relegated to my 101B which I also enjoy using.
So if anyone is contemplating a supply purchase this might be one to consider. It was around $82 .

Look at MFJs new Solid State Amp.. It looks just like the one Jetstream Sells ?

Lets us know what you think about that power supply.

Regards,
John

Well, I ordered this from CheapHam.com Sunday night, they shipped it yesterday morning FedEx and I got it today. So, very pleased with the delivery time ! I have it hooked up and it is working great ! It's a nice size and not big and bulky like the Astron 20a I have for my tuner and RCI-5054dx . I like that it has a fan. The fan is quiet. It will increase in speed as it is needed. I also like the fact that it is 28a surge and 25a continuous . That gives me a little head room for the 757 which uses 20a full power . So, so far I am very pleased with this power supply .

That looks like an even better deal than the $99 Samlex SEC-1223 switching supply that I got for my FT-847 back in 2001. I've been very pleased with it as well.
