RM KL203 Jumper settings

Does anyone know the correct jumper settings for the service pins on the rm KL203? It came with the jumper set to pins 1 & 2 but I've been told they should be on pins 2 & 3. http://www.rmitaly.com/download/manuals/KL203-manual_rel_500.pdf Appreciate any help...Jack
