JOBCOM

I have one and have it programmed on the GMRS frequency, it wont program on the FRS frequency, just GMRS.

I would put them on for sale if you dont want them on qth.com, or GMRS Yahoo group.

Or if you want to use them on GMRS buy a base unit for $129 <red dog radios>, and use them that way.

You can also look up GMRS directory and to see if there are any repeaters in your area and use them that way..mygmrs on the net.

You are suppose to have a license for GMRS......

I would check to see about the repeaters in your area if there are any.

GMRS

GOOD DEAL.
I was on GMRS Saturday<nothing around here>, in Indianapolis, some activity and I got on a repeater and more activity, actually enjoyed it. The repeater has a great coverage some 40 miles so not bad.

Ritron Radios 450 mhz

Hey guys, just wanted to let you know. The manufacture is in Indianpolis. These radios are generally used on golf courses with Rain Bird irrigation systems. They work on the Rain Bird Freedom System Repeater. You may post the radios on Turfnet.

If you know anyone I have 3 Ritron 450 radios that sold new for $650. I will take $150 for each, including chargers. They can also be programmed at 450-470 mhz. They are used primarily to turn on irrigation remotely when riding around the golf courses or commercial site.

Hope some of this was helpful.
