What ever any body does DO NOT perchase skywalkers amps,Jack there has skrewed me and haven't herd from him in two months to make it right and it was may 2010 when I order was placed and now september and still not resolved!If you would like to know what happend was I orderd a 900 mosfet mobile in black case with variable power and sideband delay and a 900 mosfet base black with variable power sideband delay and a remote for the mobile amp.Here is what he sent me was a stright 4pill white case and a on/off switch and a straight 4 pill base on/off switch sideband delay and No remote even if it was here their no hook ups for it!So needless to say i called him and said instead of shipping it back just send me a 1pill base and 1 pill mobile and I will call it good and It took him 1 month to ponder that and finally he gave in back in the end of june first july and won't return my calls and won't answer EVER.I think I might just be SOL.But ANY suggestions would greatly be helpful!Heck I might Just sell all of the amps that I do have witch are both brand new Never used and get somthing small and NOT assoiated with this company/dead beat buisness!!!!!

On a serious note I actually emailed this place myself about some of there amplifiers and have not heard anything back from them so Red Flag for me. I believe I also tried calling aswell and left a message again no return call :w00t:

Ya I started looking at his equipment because it was priced really good for what you were suppose to get thats what really got my attention but I soon relized cheaper doesn't mean better.My thought is do the research and pay a little more and buy from a VERRY reputable company and please don't make the same mistake as I did,heck I did 3 months of research before I bought these amps and thought all was good but I soon found out I was wrong and sol,but what do I do know he's 2000 miles away and I am in Idaho.I guess life goes on and I learned for the experience and need everyone to do the same!Thanks for all the support!!!

i called skywalker several months ago asking about the MOSFET amps . as ahanway said for the watts per dollar their base and mobile mosfets seem like great prices . anyhow , i asked if he could tel me which MOSFET's he uses to see if he was using ones designed for amplifying rf signals , but he wouldn't tell me . i asked since the amps had SSB switches what bias class they were , once again he didn't want to say . he seemed concerned someone would copy his design or what ever . but it just seemed to me like the old ampower line of "by my amp and see for yourself" . at least adam does have some folks that are happy with his product . i still haven't found anyone bragging about their skywalker product , but if seen several comments in forums with folks complaining about them .

A few mounths ago i orderd a 600 watt mosfet base amp, got it on time and thought everything was good. Had a small problem with amp so i took the top off and guess what, not a mosfet amp it was one 2290x two 2879. I called and told them thay sent the wrong amp and receaved a big line of hogwash. I just kept the amp and called it quits on Skywalker. I have two of thear amps and thay work pretty well but from now on i'm going with a different brand.

Ya the funny thing is he accually called me the yesterday on accident and then hung up on me so I proceeded to call him back seconds later and threw out the day and he would not answer!!!I was trying to disspute it with the credit card company and they had addvised that I have to ship it back with my own money and wait 30 days before they would ever think about doing a claim on it,but I didn't want to ship it and totally have nothing since he wasn't even returning my calls or anything...
