yes,..... it is basicly 1/4 wl (+ or -)

BTW, there are other methods of attaching the wire that does not require drilling a hole in the spreader, they usualy involve some type of "hose clamp",...

the benefit of them is that they can be slid back and forth on the spreader if the first measurement is a little off.
