We live in the SF bay area, what channels are the most active?
I have a Voyage(Ranger) 9000 and a Galaxy 959 both have been tuned and have all the goodies.
I have just got my son involved in the hobby and things have seemed to be some what dead on the air?

Well anyway we are glad to be involved again

Thanks
Jerry

Channel 38 LSB or 26915.0 on AM are quite active when the skip rolls, also scan arround maybe a bunch of locals in your area that would be willing to chew the fat with you. You are on the west coast, so keep an ear opened for 4040 he cleans out my receive all the way up here in the North.

Yes I am on the west coast, channel 6 always have a bunch of garbage on it thanks for thr reply I will look on those channels.

Back in the early 80's the popular station was 13am but it seems that things have kind of died out since cell phone took over.

This weekend we are going to go up on a hill that overlooks the bay area to see how far we can get out :D
