not very good that they will come out and just get you for running power,,,unless if you are seriously interfering with someone or some other freq's and there is a complaint lodged.
there was an instance i read a while back where someone on 11m was interfering with either the fire department or rescue and said person was shut down and fined.

His CB handle is Falcon, he lives in Merced,Ca, and contrary to rumor, he is still on the air.
If you are traveling Hwy 99 in the area he can still be heard daily on the radio on 27.165 causing hate and discontent ....he really is a nut case.
He has been issued a fine, but as far as we know the fine has never been collected, nor has his equipment been removed.
If he had listened to the FCC field agents that went to his home the first time, the whole problem could have been avoided....but he is an idiot.

I have no desire to have a QSO with an idiot causing hate and discontent.
It's easy just pin the dude's COAX or Use an RC Drone and a balloon filled with mercury drop on top of there antenna.
Boy you do come up with some ideas don't you? The first suggestion will likely get you shot, after all the guy is an idiot with total disregard for others and the other...........well that would be one mofo of an RC drone to carry a balloon full of Hg. Besides what would the Hg do besides go SPLAT!! Lol
