They are good people to deal with, fair shipping prices compared to the other ones, I've bought several antennas from them, always fast shipping and have a brick and mortar location. Widowmaker1
 
Over the years I've been dealing with the Sirio Factory, I've been told several times that H&Y Electronics is the only authorized US distributor for their 11 meter antennas. Sirio adheres to strict distribution guidelines where certain lines of antennas are given exclusive distributor rights to a single company in a given market area.

It is also common knowledge that the country of thieves (China) is stealing Sirio's designs, disregarding all international patent laws and flooding the market with cheap counterfeits. To add insult to injury this unscrupulous country has no problem stealing the name and packaging in order to completely deceive the buyer too!
 
I talked to Sirio a few years back. They were looking for alternative distributors other than H&Y. They were acutely aware of the asinine customer service that H&Y exhibits.

I'll hunt for it.
 
I've sent an email to my contact at Sirio requesting a list of all authorized distributors in the USA. If authorized distribution has progressed beyond H&Y, I'll post the distributors here once Stefania responds.
 
I've received confirmation from Sirio this morning. DNJ is in fact an authorized distributor for Sirio products. That's good news since I know many customers will feel more comfortable purchasing from DNJ rather than H&Y. It was also made very clear that H&Y and DNJ are the ONLY authorized distributors in the USA. Do not purchase a Sirio product in the USA from any other distributor or you run the risk of receiving a counterfeit.
