Jeep install advice

Hello everyone,
I'm new to the forum and just getting into cb radios.

I have an 85 CJ7 and I want to install a radio. I found a mount called "Breedlove mounts" that look fairly well made and sturdy (as far as I can tell from the pics.)
Is this a good mount to go strait thru the tub of the Jeep. I like the one with the SO-239 already on the end so I don't have to hack up my co-ax.

Also what do you guys think about Everhardt antennas?

well the mount you found is a really good one. the antenna is just average at best
imo. there is better . google bellscb.com he has a section just for jeeps ive
never did that type of install but he has alot of choices

breed love is the way to go ...hands down the best

Breedlove is VERY well made. I think the entire rear fender of my car would come off before the ball mount broke.

....fairly well made.....so were sherman tanks.....

ALL other mount makers would be ashamed of their product if they ever looked at 1 of these.
as for so-239....i prefer lugs on the mount end of the coax.
