i would like to try one, had a wolf 64 it was awsome but couldn't handle the winds in my area kept busting apart so i sold it gonna try and buy back and beef it up. im using 55 merlin now its real good but also has broke couple times, im in bad wind area

there's very little leverage on the ground elements and even less on the 6 ft vertical .... how the heck did your merlin break ????
 
it busted legs right off of hub, im on my third updated hub from 55, and it bent cap hat a couple of times im in a bad wind area.on my beam had to put it on a crank up, other towers came. i have to put a piece of tubing inside the center of my inner elements on my beam to double them up otherwise it just breaks element off at edge of element to boom clamps. lol
 
I am not sure if Jay is going to make any more 10K`s or not, I have sent him a few e mails with no reply.
Building antennas was a side line for him, he had a "regular" job that kept him busy.
As far as I know, Steve was taking over the 10K stuff

His web site was down for a while....I see it is now back up.

He is creating a List again..
Seems Many since the Hurricane Sandy are looking to buy more of the I-10K ... So if you want it...he is already started a waiting list ( i am on it..lol )
 
Talked to steve b at a1 antennas who is my close friend, he may be taking orders soon
