I got a new hobby

On my fourth air gun this summer, Gamo Big Cat .22 is the only one I've found that would shoot decent groups at 25 yds. Academy has a great return policy.

out here, these bb guns are more loathed than scatterguns. i made the mistake of buying the ruger 1550 fps pellet gun. it's too loud with the sonic boom, it sounds just like a 22lr. it's nice with a scope and works fine. i'm too scared to take it out of the box, so it's sat for its life locked behind concrete and steel with all the rest. i've already forgotten the combo - there is no need for it anyway anymore. this is the sound of an American dying.

I use a .25 Benjamin marauder on 3200 psi with modified valve, hammer/hammer spring and air stripper. Shoots 26 grn pellets just over 900 fps very accurately with the " quiet/accurate tune" 43 grain d ellets at 870fps on full power

I just purchase the .25 cal Benjamin Marauder this past April myself. Have not had much of a chance to shoot it - just so many other things to do.......

I do not know why the liberals out here wouldn't accept airsoft as a compromise to more dangerous firearms, but they just want to lump everything into one category and outlaw all of it. The actual law here has banned the use of even sling shots, toy suction cup dart guns, and even spit wads...

Sucks when the freedom-loving folks are ruled by the liberal population centers - unfortunately, I think this issue will continue to spread.

Took delivery of a new Crosman 2240 today. Very impressed with the performance. It feels great in your hand and the trigger is awesome. No creep, travel and breaks cleanly. This models has been around a loooong time and has tons of aftermarket parts and power mods.

It sort of reminds me of a Ruger MK II or Browning Buckmark.
