I have a few CB's I'd like to know the value of, so I can put them up for sale or swap
These arent by any means New in Box. I just realized, i probably dont have all the cables and such that came with them, pretty sure I have the Mics, but possibly not power cords.
Just curious what they are worth if anything.

Base
Realistic Navaho TRC-434

Mobiles;
Midland 13-830
Realistic TRC-11
Audiovox MCB-16
Cobra 25 NW LTD Classic

thanks for looking

Prices are allover the place on old CB's. If you can't get a ballpark starting price from looking on eBay I'd say each of them are worth $15-$30 each based on condition and if you can find the mics and power cords. If they're AM only radio then I think I'm about right or even less if not a popular model. Maybe a few bucks more for the Cobra.

I've seen a lot of old 23 channel mobiles go unsold at garage sales for $5. So the Midland is a nice radio but I wouldn't expect much out of it.

Isn't the TRC-11 a 5 or 6 channel crystal controlled radio? That is a novelty but again for most people of limited value.

The Cobra and the Realistic base would probably have the most value - if you find someone that wants AM gear.

What will really help to sell or trade them is to be able to power them up and demonstrate that transmit and receive ok.

thank you both for your replies
thats kinda what i was figuring, but just wanted to make sure i didnt have something of desire.

I've bought several 23 ch SSB units recently on Ebay as I have a way to add Digital VFO's to them so the frequency coverage is infinite, (within the band width of the radio anyway). I've paid as little as 15.00 shipped to 30.00 plus another 15.00 for shipping. All depends on the condition of the radio.

And there are some that but them as donor or parts radios for ones they already have. JJD has the right idea!! Either that or stick them here for sale as OBO and see what bites you get. Anything as cash is better than what you are doing with them now.

i may just put them in the truck and make sure they work, may play with them a bit, maybe put one on the motorcycle

Or put them for sale here. Just some food for thought. Don't think they charge here to swap/sell items. Just hard to get some to deal with you if you're new to the site.
