I am thinking about mounting a mobile 102 whip above a Wilson sy-33, 3 element tribsnd (10m, 15m , 20m)

The Yagi is horizontal.

The whip would be mounted vertically on a trucker cb mirror mount the clamped to the Yagi's boom... Or a may clamp it to the aluminum mast that the Yagi is mounted on

Any issues I should be aware of? Or is this a solid plan?

Also the driven element is split and insulated from the boom... While the reflector and director are bonded to the boom... The boom is around 14.5 feet long

Oh wait 100 watts into 2 same band antennas means blown front ends

Depends on the radio. My Flex 6500 can handle it. I've even transmitted and simultaneously received on the same frequency using the full duplex function built into the radio when setting up my microphone EQ.

Mechanical issues would be my concern. If you aren't using a thrust bearing you're going to be putting a hell of a lot of torsional stress on the rotator when its windy and the whip is flapping about.
