Goodbye Tech Nine Videos

It's always been that way Leap Frog as far as I know. I thought it was actually less than that amount of time to correct or edit a post. I am not a moderator, but do know from being here on the forums that if you don't edit the post that is will not let you after a certain time. Had happened many times to me as well!! Hope you get the answer you are searching for!! Have a Merry Christmas and don't forget to wear shorts and flip flops as I think it's going to be a warm one here this year! The posts above are just my own experiences. Hope this helps some.have a good one Leap Frog and may you and yours have a great Christmas Day!!!
Thanks 222, Merry Christmas to you & yours.
& Happy holidays to everyone on the board who sees this also.

Serious Question for an Administrator:
Since when do users only get 24 hours (or less) to edit a post?

I just checked the settings and there is a limit of 1440 minutes or 24 hours to edit your own posts. It's been that way for a loooong time. We had trouble one time with some members getting into a pissing match and then editing their posts when they were called out on something they said in order to deny they had said it.

Thank you Captain Kilowatt.

Anyways...it's too bad tech-nine is not doing his videos anymore.
I liked watching them and liked having a guy on Youtube that was unbiased and I wouldn't be afraid to meet and make a friend.

Its a shame

Yes its a real shame we lost his talent and experienced insite to building things. He was truly a great help in many of his videos. I wish we had more hands on explanation videos instead of the behind the key board critics.

if he took the step to ham radio (dont know if he is one) and built them as hf amps with class b or ab biasing he would have a bigger cult following and kept it legal as long as he didnt mention 24-144mhz coverage or cb radio
then he could build them on a video all day long ....i am sure some hams would love to cruise along a 32 pill at legal limit all day long (believe it or not SOME people do this!)

no sarcasm implied

Afterall It's kind of hard to tell people not to interfere with legitimate communications when, (if everybody was running 100 Watts or more and conditions were good) you would have so much crosstalk and cross chatter it would be impossible for any legitimate communications to exist in a reliable format on that platform.
( but I've never heard this band during peak solar activity so this is just speculation on my part )-LeapFrog

I can assure you that is correct - I remember back in seventies on 40 CH CB (illegal in Australia at that time) I could not talk to local Australian stations a few miles away because of the USA stations being received 9+30 on CH#35 LSB = FUN TIMES!
