Using the word submerged when talking about any amplifier isn't a good thing.
And claiming any one of the several tube configuration phantoms will do 2000 wstts is outright a false statement.
Unless you're going to drive me shit out of it!
I don't even believe d&a's biggest amp (the warrior) will do 2000 watts if driven to manufacturer spec.
I would be suspicious of anything this guy claims. Especially after claiming a phantom will do 2000 watts. Maybe on a magic meter. But no where else will it do that. Not on this planet.
 
I like how his Bird meter coax runs right through the pile of snakes plugged into the wall receptacle.
I truly believe that some CB radio "tech's" use bird meters purposely to mislead potential customers (especially newbies) into believing that someone with so many bird meters and test equipment must know what they're doing. This clip proves without doubt that a bench does not a technician make. 73
