Read any thread and it's pretty evident that we members don't always agree. :ROFLMAO:
But one thing I think most of us can agree on is that doing something nice for someone else feels really good. Like many, I sometimes pay for my meal and the person's behind me in a fast-food drive-thru. It's not much; usually an extra five or six dollars, but that's a cheap price to pay for spreading joy.

On that note, I propose we members perform Random Acts of Kindness for each other. Here's how:
Most likely many of you have ham or CB equipment lying around that you are not using for one reason or another and have no plans for. And there's probably someone somewhere who could really use it. So how about listing it in the Ham or CB Swapshop for shipping cost only? Or for free. A length of coax. Some connectors. A homemade antenna. Anything related to the hobby. New or used. Big or small. You'll be cleaning out your clutter and making someone's day at the same time. Can't beat that!

I suggest typing RAK in the title so readers will know it's a Random Act of Kindness listing.

Sometime today I'll kick it off with one of my own.

Thanks, everybody. Have a great day!

Jim

Am going to post the inaugural Random Act of Kindness Swapshop thread shortly. (Actually, it might be the 2nd. Think I did one a few months ago.)
Anyway, hope more will follow.

I posted mine in the for sale section. (Swapshop).

i guess its just you and me riverman. doing something nice for somebody else is good karma. guess nobody else wants good karma oh well it was a good effort.

A couple of other fellows told me they were going to go through their stuff and would be posting something soon. So keep watching. It's off to a slow start but it could still catch on. Hope so. Thanks for contributing. (y)

I have a 250 pound modulation reactor (choke) for an AM transmitter I am willing to give away. All you need to do is pay for packing and shipping. I'll even throw in the 100+ pound modulation transformer as a bonus. :ROFLMAO:

I can sure use those for a project I am working on. To save shipping I'll likely just pick them up. You're up north somewhere aren't you, Captain?
