planning my setup for my new home and I’m thinking about a sirio vector 4000 over a sirio s3 beam and using an antenna switch to go between the two. I can only put up 1 tower and I am limited to a maximum height of 75’. I want an Omni directional and a beam. Would this work ok? This would be fed with LMR 400 coax and hooked to a RCI 2950dx and a TS-667v on two separate power supplies.

Sounds like a nice setup.
You'll have to install the vector 4k well above the beam (9'?) to insure they play nice.

If the beam will be horizontal that should work fine. If you put the beam vertical I'm not sure but think it would need one hell of a mast. Just be sure to use flexible coax above the rotor. The lmr400 will not last unless its the ultra flex variety.

Also look at the wind loads of those antennas and make sure they don't exceed the rating of your tower.
 
I would consider the amount of weight you have being suspended at that height. It all adds up, and if you don't have a real tower, it may prove to be too have much wind load surfaces. You live in/near to 'the windy city'; right? So, consider a few thoughts . . .

The Sirio 3 element beam and v4k are both relatively light. The rotor will have to support both; so a very sturdy rotor will be necessary. What do you have? The taller the vertical antenna is, the greater leverage for bending can be applied to it in greater wind speed changes.

There is more; but that is for starters . . .

I used to run a 80' tower in Homewood. 50' will be fine, get a tower mounted rotor as this will help it support the weight and you can get away with a slightly lighter duty one. I would consider a dual polarity beam. Mounting the vertical over the beam is not a problem just allow a litte separation.
 
40-50 ft should play fine.. if you plan on going higher might want to look into guying. 3 element horizontal right above nose cone and vertical a couple feet above that should be fine. If it were me I would get 10-15 ft of mast and set the rotor and plate down as far as possible in the tower. This reduces wind load and stress on the very top of the tower.. just my .02
