Just bought this almost new radio from my cousin yesterday and hooked it up. Everything seems a-o-k but this carrier on SSB. I still
can get some needle swing on side band but not much. What could be causing this problem?
He bought this radio from FG Best Communications about 3 months ago and it wasnt doing it then. Does anyone know if they waranty there work?
Thanks in Advance,

sounds like it could use an alighment ,could have been some major vibration or someone might have had there hands in it and turned the wrong thing ?

J.P ? If it came from F.G. Best , chances are they would fix it for you if your in the same area , as far as cost goes , I wouldn't know , but a phone call couldn't hurt cha. From what I understand is that are friendly neighborhood Forum tech works there , you might hit him up in his personal section on this Forum about the matter.(You might think he would have saw your post here but guys come and go all the time around here) Good luck to you.

Sorry bout posting in both places but after posting here I remembered that justin had his own section. Will probably bring it after work on friday. I get off at 6pm hope you will be there. I work in ontario near jurupa and milliken. Thanks everybody and thank you Justin!
