Thought I'd Share My 1978 Z/28 with K/40 (1990s)

Well, here are some old school pics of my my bitchin' 1978 Z/28.

It is a 350, M-21 4-speed, tilt steering car. 3.73:1 diff made it a rocket ship off the line.

The radio (my first custom install) is a Cobra 148 with a K40 trunk mount. This radio was bone stock and back in the late 90s I worked skip all over the Western Hemisphere while driving home from work (Seattle area).

You can see my little logbook clipboard on the seat!

Well you hit me on the head with some great memories. My 1st car ever was a 1978 Chevrolet Z-28 CAMARO I purchased it NEW when I graduated High School in June of 1978 & it was a beautiful Beast. It was White with Black & Gold stripes with a Tan interior. Automatic transmission with that 350 4 Bolt Main & those Chevrolet Rally Wheels. It was called the Great White Buffalo after my favorite Ted Nugent tune & Ted was my favorite Rocker in those days. I was an idiot & traded it for a 1981 Pontiac Trans-Am which I hated so badly that I sold it in just 45 days. Thanks for the flashback & keep it running strong.

Oh, thank you sir! It is mostly just stories from life along with some really bad rants that I just lay down and don't edit!

I'm hoping to finish up a post on driving and rules of the road soon and hope it makes most everyone laugh or at least nod their heads!
