I am looking for a fully operational Golden Eagle MK IVA transmitter.I have the receiver but my transmitter has issues that even Barkett's did not wish to tackle.It looks great outside but someone did some terrible gutting inside & Barkett's says it would be cheaper buying another transmitter.It transmits on AM but the output power is very low & the mode switch needs replacing.I may buy a complete MK IVA set but the transmitter must be 100% operational with no mods & no extra holes in the radio.Thanks for any assistance & if I can't find a MK IVA I may settle for a good clean MK IV.God bless

I have a mkivA all done. 100% all new caps high and low voltage. And when I say all I mean every electrolytic in the receiver and transmitter is new. All carbon comp resistors checked and any out of tolerance replaced , all tubes checked and any not 100% replaced with NOS high quality American Japanese, or German tubes. Everything used was top notch high quality parts. No junk. All aligned. Ready to talk. If you want a complete mint radio ready to go I would sell.
