Base Long wire antenna for cb?

I was thinking like 90' each side 27' foot high center feed.63' coax and see what kind of swr I need a long wire for my shortwave reciever thought it would be nice if it worked on 11 meters

feed it with 450ohm ladder line or 600ohm true ladder line into a good balanced tuner and it will work

This is the method that works best. Forget the coax or idea that you're going to have any type of acceptable match. It will be bad enough that losses in coax are significant and is the reason for ladder line. The balanced tuner will be needed to get you to 50 ohms. They can perform fairly well for DX on 10 or 11. Better than most verticals but not as good as a small beam. Multiple wavelength antennas like this do produce some usual lobes that can have good gain to some areas at the expense of nulls in others. With respect to use for local vertical contacts, the antenna performs rather poorly here where a 1/4 wave groundplane usually beats it hands down.

You could always hang a tuned 10 or 11 meter dipole right under the longer one and connect it to the same coax. That would be a two band dipole. If the 10 or 11 meter section is properly adjusted, it will match the coax well and not require any tuner.

I was mainly putting up for shortwave reciever. But if I can get dual purpose out of it without making it hard to make. I have the perfect spot for the tuner under the deck just want to make it for recieve now and do the transmitter stuff later

That's not a long-wire antenna. That is a doublet. Note that there are long-wire antennas and then there are long wire antennas. The first has a hyphen and by definition must be as Beetle said above, at least several wavelengths long. The second is simply a long piece of wire usually of random length used as an antenna. It is also called a random wire antenna. Go figure hey?

Well they say 108" is the best mobile antenna. I was just using that number x the amount of wire I have. I really dont know much yet. It's for recieve for my shortwave's I have bought.
