Yes I like those as well! When ever I find one though they want so much for it I end up just saying no! The prices people often want for one that has been well used would make you think it was a Henry or Collins! LOL I do like them though! In fact the biggest problem is red necks with soldering guns butchering the biasing ont hem because they do not understand what they are looking at! I almost never run across one that does not have the biasing all mesed up looking like something Snake would build or Jokerman!Been looking for a clean one for a long time and finally found one.

Sorry about digging up an old thread, but I just had to because I scored one of these amps today for $130. It looks exactly like the pictures posted on the outside and inside.
Post #5 sonoma mentioned that the resistor off the variable power switch was getting hot, and sure enough the exact same resistor has been changed on mine.
I really did not need this much power on my mobile, but I could not pass at $130.
