my 2970n2 working well in Am but in usb it is heard out of frequency or robotic 50 whatts of power and even lowering it only with modulation. Please give me an idea. Thank you
 

Welcome, Charliepr. It sounds to me like your radio will need an alignment. Is LSB working ok? Or does it sound off frequency as well? I would suggest that you take your radio to someone with the proper equipment and knowledge that can adjust/align your radio for you.

When\where was the radio purchased?

If bought from a reputable dealer, the radio should have been aligned and tuned before leaving the shop. If this is the case, then send it back for a full alignment and tune.
