11 meter is very quiet?

AMEN & AMEN.I hear lots of bragging about their Awesome setup but Rarely hear them actually have a conversation.Channel 6 is by far the worst.Best channel for hearing an actual conversation around here is channel 28 AM so I stay there or on 38 LSB.

So there I was listening to Soul Man on Ch. 6 AM talking (having a one-way conversation) on and off for about five minutes. I took a chance and called for him and I was shocked that he replied and acknowledged my call name.

But in all seriousness...that rig of yours is putting out a signal, Recon.
Thanks, but all the credit goes to the forum member who prepared it for me. I have never met this person and I am "many" states away from him.
I am following his recommendations on where to "set and leave" the settings and several people have told me that the radio sounds nice and clean on AM and Sideband.
