BBI: I'll only sell this amplifier to a LICENSED AMATEUR OPERATOR...

So what is your issue? The only thing I see wrong is him talking about using it for repeater work. That kind of power is for EME.
just that he builds and sells taboo amps for a living but this 1 is somehow different.
Its like buying stolen stuff at your own pawnshop, then asking for ID to buy a not stolen item.
It makes him sound like a joke, not a big deal but laughable for sure.

If you're gonna do a video, at least have the correct slug for the meter.

Nothing but a sales pitch.

yeah i was thinking the same thing...
I can see the normal Joe using a 1x 2x 5x kit for playing around but if your going to be doing this as a job sheesh get the right Slugs we know he has the money he has some equipment..

Hey 357, I'm with ya on that one, brother!

These type of entry level amps used on say the Zoo repeater on 147.435 in LA just for the RF Wars, is a big a big deal at the local TRW swap meet. I get to hear the 435 repeater sometimes if the conditions allow coming over the mountains and such. Kind of funny all the hoo raw antics.

While driving home from work once listening to 435 I heard a station come on and say he was running stacked 10 element beams and a couple of kilowatts while talking over everybody, then he was taken off the air with someones more powerful station, was in tears of laughter. And the hits just keep coming on 435.
