If you were a pirate broadcaster, what's playing right now?

Worked with a guy that had this as his ringtone for when the job called him.
I worked for one company had lot's of benefits, company car, expense account, Motorola worldwide pager. The company car had to be with me at all times, it had company radio and a primitive wireless phone. I went on vacation and had to take the damn car, and that is what I was trying to get away from.
I found a location where not one of the time thieves worked. Big Bend National Park. It was great! No pager buzzing my tail off, no car phone honking the horn, and the company radio was as dead as CB radio during a solar minimum. Yeah I got some flack for being out of touch, but isn't that what vacations are supposed to be?

That's an awesome area. I went tent camping on nearby Terlingua Ranch for about a week once.

Did you know King's Canyon has the same "problem"? Quietest week in years was the one I spent there. Sitting out between the lodge and the river, just enjoying the sunshine.
