Did not know this radio had a recording jack until I was looking on the back side of it.

I want to make some audio watergates, and not exactly sure how to go about it. I can use the free program Audacity for the software.

My computer sound card has three jacks on the back...green, pink, and light blue. Pretty sure the green one is audio/speaker. Is it just a matter of using a male to male RCA cord, and plugging one end into the 2980 record output jack, and the other end into one of the sound card jacks?

Any advice greatly appreciated! Thanks

Found a RCA male to male I had laying around.

The RCA male plugs right into the radio recording output jack. Going to have to find a 1/8(3.5mm) mini jack for the sound card jack on the back of the computer. RCA male to male won't work.
